General Business

Q1: What is the MOQ for BOPP packing tape?

A1: MOQ for standard stock sizes is 1 carton. Custom printed tape, special thickness, width or adhesive formula will have separate MOQ, and better price for large quantity.

Q2: Can I get samples? Are samples free of charge?

A2: Samples are available. Blank standard samples are free, buyer covers freight cost. Custom printed samples or special formula samples need sample fee, which can be refunded upon bulk order as agreed.

Q3: How long for sample preparation and dispatch?

A3: Standard samples will be sent out within 1–2 working days. Custom samples take 7–10 working days after artwork confirmation.

Q4: Which courier do you use for samples?

A4: Default options: DHL, FedEx, UPS. We can ship via your designated courier.

Certificates & Quality

Q5: What certificates do you have for BOPP tape?

A5: Standard products come with RoHS, SGS or ISO reports are available upon request before order placement.

Q6: Can the tape pass tensile and adhesion tests? Can you provide test data?

A6: Yes. Internal test reports are available for each batch. Inform us in advance if you need official test documents.

Production, Customization & Lead Time

Q7: What is the lead time for orders?

A7: Stock orders: ship within 2–3 working days after payment received. Custom printed orders: 7–15 days after deposit and artwork confirmation. Lead time may be longer in peak season.

Q8: Can I get custom printed logo tape? 

A8: Custom printing is supported. 

Q9: Can width, thickness and core size be customized?

A9: We can slit to different widths. Film thickness, adhesive thickness and paper core size are adjustable. Some non-standard sizes have extra MOQ requirements.

Payment Terms

Q10: What payment methods are accepted? 

A10: T/T is our main term. PayPal is acceptable for small sample orders. Terms for big orders follow signed contract.

Q11: Full payment in advance or deposit?

A11: Stock orders usually require full payment before shipment. Custom orders need 30% deposit, balance paid before delivery.

Shipping, Packing & After-sales

Q12: What incoterms do you offer? 

A12: EXW and FOB are commonly used. CIF and CFR quotations are available on request.

Q13: How are the tapes packed?

A13: 6-volume or 5-volume bound with plastic coating, packed in export cartons. Pallet packing is optional for sea or air shipment.

Q14: What if tapes get damaged during transit?

A14: Please inspect goods upon arrival and provide photos plus damage proof from carrier. We will arrange replacement or compensation for quality defects from our factory. Damage caused by transit belongs to the logistics side.

Q15: What is the storage condition and shelf life of BOPP tape?

A15: Store in cool, dry and shaded place, away from high temperature and direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage.

Application Questions (Hot at Exhibitions)

Q16: What is the temperature resistance? Is it suitable for cold storage?

A16: Standard water-based BOPP tape works for normal ambient packing. Low-temperature formula tape is required for cold warehouse; regular tape will lose adhesion in low temperature.

Q17: Is it suitable for heavy cargo export packing?

A17: For heavy cartons, choose thicker film and high-tack formula. We can recommend suitable specs based on your loading weight.

Q18: Can you supply solid color tape without printing?

A18: Red, blue, yellow, green solid color tapes are in stock. Special colors can be customized with higher MOQ than clear tape.
